The front desk clerk was polite. Check-in was uneventful. However, when we entered the hotel, there is a distinct smell of smoke. Not too bad once you get into the room. The 1st room we checked in was dirty. My husband went into the bathroom; the toilet seat was up and there was urine on the rim. We called the front desk to either get moved to a clean room or have housekeeping come clean the bathroom area properly. The front desk clerk came up with a cleaning rag and called it good. Then we discovered hair in the bathtub. We requested to be moved to a new clean room. The 2nd room we were moved to.... cleaner but the outlet was held on to the wall with duct tape, the Kleenex holder was rusted. Overall, the rooms are not cleaned properly, maintained appropriately. Do not know how they pass their inspections! And their continental breakfast is nonexistent! coffee and juice do not qualify as breakfast!

It smelled of cigarettes and it said breakfast was included but breakfast was juice coffee and a granola bar. That is not breakfast

Our first room had hair all over the toilet and sink. The next room was cleaner but we were place next door to two whining dogs. That started at 2 am and did not stop until the sun came up. The front desk called and knocked on the door when we discoved the dogs were left unattended all night. I believe that is a violation of the motel's rules. In the morning ir was a hastle to get our second night refunded so we could find another place, because the desk clerk said it was hard to move because the place was full of dogs. No mention of a refund for the first night.

Location and price were good. The front desk person, Leticia, was very rude. When we got to our room and called her with questions she just told us it's not her job to know the answers. Asked her to let tge manager know and again it's not her job, then hung up on us. We go down to the desk and she says she messaged the manager and he said we could leave no refunds. Wouldn't let us talk to the manager. We packed up to leave and when we checked our she is calling us names and provoking us. She is absolutely unprofessional and has zero customer service skills. There were staff in the back room who didn't bother to help either. I suggest to pick a different hotel. We paid for a room to be treated like crap and still left and paid for a different room. And the room smelled like mildew or mold.
