The pictures on booking.com and on Google look nothing how the property itself and how the rooms themselves look like do not be fooled. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows sucked, asked front desk if it was possible to get 2 extra pillows and was told they didn't have any. Blood stains on the shower curtain, my husband got bit by some kind of black bug, the sink faucet leaked all over the counter, the shower didn't work properly, the sheets were stained with something, the pool had no water and not to mention in the pool area they had nasty stained mattress up against the wall and there was trash everywhere. The neighbors were arguing and loud all night, vehicles pulling into the parking lot with loud music, doors slamming. This place was an absolute dive. For the price that I paid.... I was not happy. Booked for 2 nights but just stayed the 1. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Price and location were nice Office staff is extremely rude. They scam money from you. TV was sitting on a dresser (too small for it). The dresser was bumped and the TV went crashing down. We were charged $250+ our $50 deposit!!! For a TV that can bought at Walmart for less than $50.

I reserved 4 rooms for 2 nights. When we got to the place it did not look like the same hotel in the picture. The area was for lack of a better word like a ghetto. There were drug deals and drugs being used around me and my group. Half of our group of 6 decided to leave because they dearer for their safety. I went tonthe front office to explain to a mNaget what was going on all around us but they denied that anything of that nature was happening at their hotel. I asked if we could check out and receive a full refund but the manager said no and that even if we were all to leave the hotel that I would be charged for atleast one night no matter what. I could not believe what I was hearing from the manager . 3 of us had to stay the other e members in my group left due to Fear for their safety. I venture gave the manager one of the room keys back in hopes that we would only get charged fir 3 rooms instead of 4 rooms for just one night. The manage told me that I would be charged for 4 rooms for one night . My debit card was charged over 1200 dollars . I have not received any refund what so ever . Still waiting to receive a refund. Ac unots barely worked very shady area with several drug deals happening in parking lot. Not a safe are to stay at over night. We were some of us were forced to stay over night due to no refund from hotel. Very uncomfortable situation. Thete was a girl in one of the rooms on the second floor near my group that lifted her shirt exposing her breast to member of my group. I am still waiting for a refund .

Adorable in an emergency Cockroach in our room. Instead of mounting the TV to the wall, they put us in a room with the TV on a narrow dresser. Bumping the dresser the TV fell and they charged us an additional $240 foot a TV that’s not even made anymore. We checked out early and left.

It was pretty dirty outside trashy kind of scary neighborhood

It was the worst place no ice machine,the fire alarm not in the room I have pictures of the room it was bad. The front desk, a ice machine,a heater that worked,, the metal bed that I slept on was very uncomfortable

Rooms were good size and mostly clean. Quick check in and out. Quiet enough. Hot water. Microwave didn’t work. Fridge wouldn’t stay shut. The pillows were very flat. The floors were gross, turned kids socks black.

The sheets were dirty and the room not clean. I will never stay at that location again. I only stayed for 6hrs. Did not use my second night. Found a different hotel. I wanted to get a refund and could not.

beach was close; walking on beach was great; could go to Long Beach easily; breakfast was nice to have; enjoyed the beach ,etc. so much had some issues with the heating and cooling but did not follow up with it;

Not much The guy at counter tried to get more money from me I hope he doesn't screw me out of deposit

The room is clean at all

Bedding and mattress were stained. Found drugs in the bathroom. We left immediately, requested a cancellation of 2 night stay. Front desk were nonchalant and indifferent to our complaints. Hotel refused full refund and only allowed refund of one night.

Random junkies hanging around the property, other than that everything else was great for the price.
