Rosie went above and beyond. My tire went flat and she chased me down in the parking lot on a hot AZ to let me know and to see what kind of help I might need!

We have stayed here multiple times and never had a bad experience. Rooms nice and spacious. Pool clean

The only real issue I had was the noise coming from the adjacent suite. The door between the rooms is just a standard room door. I could hear the neighbors up very early and prepping everything in their kitchen. Other than that, everything was great.

Bottom line .

Dated but still a decent place to stay.

The one room suite was really cute and roomy! The bed was great! And the shampoo n cond they have in the rooms is nice

Location & size of place. Like a condo or small apartment. Easy to get into, clean, comfortable bed. Good WiFi. Easy check out. Friendly front office staff. Thought I was getting a spa tub but just had a huge shower. Parking lot a bit congested. TV’s allow no access to Netflix, Hulu or most apps — can’t add — even if you want to sign into your own. So very limited on what you can watch. Used a laptop to watch Netflix.

The front desk lady was nice and they responded to text messages. The property needs a lot of work. The bathroom tiles are cracked and need deep cleaning. Some of the towels were not white and have seen better days. The sheets were like sand paper and the cabinets in the were in poor condition. The tub had a ring around it and it was obvious that it had not been cleaned in a while. My friend stayed at the same location and a big came out of her tub and her tub was also dirty. We both left a day early because the dog in the room downstairs kept barking and someone pooped in the pool so with no sleep and not feeling ok about using the pool there was no need to stay any longer than we needed .

Beautiful place had an issue with the bed , but right away they fixed it best place to stay and relax in Mesa AZ. That's for sure close to shopping marts and restaurant s we had a fantastic time we truly love this place Thank you Westgate we will be back very soon, Mrs. Hunt
