Studio 6 Suites – Mesquite, TX – Gross Rd.

Cold air conditioning, but shampoo and conditioner wasn’t available in the room, like most motels/hotels. The staff were very friendly and my family felt very safe!

Don't waste your money!!!

Good staff clean lobby disgusting rooms The lobby was well kept and the service was great but the room was disguting there was poop on the wall above the headboard hair all in the bathtub upon arrival hair under the sheet burn holes in the sheet water left in the clothes iron

Donot not book here. I only stayed because it was close to my house after getting off the highway and my AC was out.

If you are looking for a low budget hotel with friendly service I would recommend. Smooth process checking in and out. Room had a smoky smell but they did provide clean towels and sheets and cleaned your room. The no visitor rule was strange and there was a light warning to kick you out if you had any extra guest but other than that I had no problems here.
