The location of this Bed & Breakfast is perfect, situated on the main boulevard of Messina—Via Giuseppe Garibaldi. It’s within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and key attractions like Piazza Cairoli and Piazza Duomo, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The room is spacious and furnished with modern furniture. The bathroom was surprisingly large, adding to the comfort of the stay. The room also features a small balcony, a mini-fridge, and an LCD TV, which are great conveniences. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive, quickly resolving a minor issue we had with the shower. There is also a shared kitchen equipped with a fridge, a few tables, and a coffee machine, with complimentary coffee provided every day. Additionally, the room was cleaned daily, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Our room overlooked the bustling Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, a lively and busy boulevard. However, we noticed that the windows could benefit from better soundproofing to reduce the noise from the street. The shared kitchen, while convenient, could be improved by adding a sink, or a microwave, which would make it much more functional. It would also be great to include basic utensils like a bottle opener, knives, spoons, and forks, to accommodate guests who wish to prepare a simple breakfast. With these small enhancements, the overall experience could be significantly improved, ensuring future guests have a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location is excellent, a few steps from the center and just as far from the main site. I don't know if it can be better. You have privacy in this object. There are great restaurants in the very block of buildings. The bed is quite comfortable and the room is huge. You can hear the traffic at night, but that doesn't bother me, that's the charm of the south of Italy. I couldn't connect to the internet at all. Didn't hear about any breakfast since its's called bed and a breakfast, but could be my fault that I didn't double checked.

Location The waters are nearly not running. The owner claimed its due to the island, though we haven’t seen the problem anywhere else in the island.

The room was very clean and large so we weren’t on top of each other. Air con worked fantastic and were able to watch a movie in English. Close walking distance to town and eatting places. We even walked at 6am to the ferry. Safe and close didn’t need a taxi. The lift was magic for our suitcases. Kids loved the balcony, it was like the movies. Staff were great. Giving us easy access to our room early.

The owner was really kind, and helpful. It was a last minute booking, but he managed everything for us, it was a really good exprecience, and the location is the best. It was my best decision.

check out time is a bit unclear, booking says 10am but paper on back of room door says 11am :)
