The communication with owner and the setup was perfect! There was a super help with easy setup also for a very good parking with absolutely reasonable price. The room has been renovated and well decorated. The location is around 600 m to train station which is connection to Sorrento and also a perfect ~1.2 km walk to an even better coast than Sorrento. Maybe we’ve not been well aware of the ventilation system, but I personally had difficulty with the air conditioning as the weather was humid and needed to remove the humidity. Even if the renovation is the best of its type in Italy based on my experience of leaving in Milan, but the noisy atmosphere is still bearable and somewhat annoying.

The location was good, close to the station. There was no cleaning in our room. We stayed 6 nights and our sheets were not changed once. Our garbages were overflowing by the end. We ran out of toilet paper and were only given 1 additional roll. We were given clean towels only after request, and we were informed additional towels will cost 5 euro per towel. We only saw staff during check in, and check out. During our stay we had to buy our own toilet paper, shampoo and body wash. We felt dirty and neglected during our stay.

The room was good with all the required amenities. Host was nice and accommodative. Location, it was pretty far off from the main city Center and train station. We ultimately wasted a lot of time pulling our luggage and paying extra to get a taxi to the train station. Sorrento isn’t great with public transport when you have a train/ bus in the early morning hours.

In a less touristy spot The 4 keys needed to enter the gate, a main door, another door, and the door to the room. On the day we were leaving for the airport, the main door lock was stuck and the gardener helped us get out. We were trapped for about 15 mins trying to unlock the door. It’s a fire hazard too. A 5th key needed to power the AC and lights. We come back to a hot and stuffy room that takes awhile to cool down in this heat wave. When we return, we are in the dark but if we insert the key for light, then we can’t lock our door. It’s a crazy system. There is no beach towels or umbrella provided. We came from Palermo where our host provided those to us to visit Mondello Beach. The towels are thin and rough. There wasn’t enough shower gel - 2 small bottles for 2 people for 4 nights. We had to ask for extra. There were ants in the room and we had no food.

Property was very spacious and clean. It is in a close walking distance to the train station and Meta township, which suited us perfectly. The host is very friendly and helpful!

I like the rooms it was clean, staff super nice. Sadlly a little bit too far away from sorrento and restaurants. But train station is about 10 minutes walking and bus at the end of the street.

Modern and clean apartment in good location. Very close are shops, laundry, restaurants, wine shop, Train station is close from the apartment giving opportunity easy to travel to Sorrento and Naples. Good opportunity is to have breakfast at hotel close. The street is noisy and without sidewalk. Going by foot to Sorrento is not a good idea. In the room everything is nice. Just cups in the rooms could be better - not just paper/plastic.

Very welcoming staff, good location just outside of Sorrento which only takes 5 minutes to get to by train. Very clean and quiet hotel. The room was spacious.

The room was clean, comfy bed, spacious, with a private parking for the scooter and really good breakfast included. We liked the location as it’s next to one of the biggest beach in the area, just few minutes away by walk and scooter. (walk 10’ and by scooter 3’), and many nieces place. If you wanna visit the cost we advice to rent a scooter, as you can reach all the places like Positano and Amalfi. For most of the locations parking is free and with the scooter easy to park. Sorrento is 10min away by scooter. Close by you have many restaurants where locals go, so price are good to compare Sorrento. Our tips are - Tico Tico for fish - Dal gigante (street food, one of the best sandwiches I ever tried) - Bar tramonto rosso for aperol spritz with a view nothing
