The location and cleanliness of it. We checked in around 4 ish on a very hot day and a/c took a very long time to cool room down.

Location My request was not honored due to my late arrival, as they prioritize early guests. Furthermore, I was assigned the wrong room, moved twice, charged incorrectly compared to my Booking reservation, experienced intermittent shower water, and faced delays in receiving my refund. I expect the funds to be in my bank tomorrow.

Location. Keys kept deactivating and I had to go to the front l desk multiple times throughout my stay even when I ensured the were not near my phone. It was an inconvenience because my room was on opposite sides. They did give me a 10 % discount which at this point was appreciated.

The restaurant at the front was great. The room was nice and clean and cool. Outside is a tad bit outdated, needs a little clean up.

Clean facilities. The valet was super friendly. Checking in was easy and fast. Parking is gated and there’s plenty of space. They have a nice bar newly renovated. A Starbucks right there. They have 2 pools. And buffet in Sunday. Kids pool and adults pool lol. Since they have 2 it would have been nice as I was with a group of friends in a bachelorette.
