It was vary clean and staff were soo helpful. The parking.

Our room was blistering hot. The AC was not working properly and I requested a different room. I was told "there are no other rooms" multiple times until the staff came in and realized how hot it was. It was then when he said "ok, there is 1 more room". The second room was fine. AC worked.

The walls are very thin and the elevator doesn’t work

Asking to leave the key with them every time I want to go out. They leave the lobby and lock you inside.

Good location.and stuff specifically (Fidel....)very polite and very good customer service.. Some water lickage on bathroom floor from toilet and clogged sink.

Great location for what we needed to do. Bad mood from front desk lady, no elevator so if you get your room done n the second or third floor is a workout, also parking space is very limited and very narrow. Room was not so clean.
