Bad service with staff a lot of miscommunication.

Nothing!! As soon as arrive, someone came to tell us " its 540 pesos for 5hrs "! It was wired and the manager called the room to say there was too many ppl in the room , when I had told the girl in the front. That I would have my parents till time to go to the airport. I do not recommend, I paid for nothing. We did not stay the night, it was too creepy.

Shower was beautiful. Comfortable pillows. Staff very friendly. Bed was a little hard. AC wasn't cool enough. Didn't have the correct remote for TV to turn the audio to English.

The staff was amazing. When I asked for a bottle of wine, they delivered the bottle with two glasses and a cork screw. When the chef was not available and I got hungry in the middle of the night the manager went out of his way and ordered me a pizza. There are also staff there throughout the day that have very good English comprehension so I didn't have to completely speak Spanish in order to communicate - though it is a godsend to have Google Translate on your phone with the offline translation downloaded in case someone who speaks English isn't there. The first room that I stayed in when I first visited the property had a functioning heater. The next room that I stayed in did not, and it got a little cold at night. I did however bring my own blanket and it was able to keep me warm throughout my visit. Next the wifi leaves a little to be desired - in that its not always up when you need it to be. the signal strength also isn't that great. The pillows (even though they are very clean) are very stiff. I recommend bringing one from home or buying a new cheap one before checking in just in case.

One of the electric socket didn't have electricity and my phone and hearing aids went dead and I didn't realize it until a.m. Also not enough lights in the bathroom and sink needed a stopper.

The staff was very friendly especially the lady that worked nights that escorted us to our room. I love how each room had its own parking garage attached to it. The shower was my favorite part of the room. Super quiet, clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay there again.

NOTHING! This Adult-Only Hotel was the worst lodging I had ever envountered! The room heating function did not work at all! The hotel management DID NOT do anything to alleviate the room heating deficiency, i.e., did not try fixing the heating unit, did not try moving me to another room, did not refund me for the price of the room even when Booking.com had requested the refund!!
