Everything was great. Location and service were amazing. They even offered to wash my laundry for 100 pesos (less than half of any laundry service around). There’s coffee in the morning and the staff was very helpful with answering questions about the city. I will definitely stay here again! Clean, quiet, plenty of hot water and lots of space in the unit. Very helpful and friendly staff

The staff was super kind and very helpful. Even after we checked out, they allowed us to stay longer in the common area. From there, we paid them to take us to the airport, even in the middle of the night. I’ve never been to such a friendly place! The design of the place was very cool, the room was very clean and organized. In the morning, you’ll wake up to a very good coffee in a lovely setting :) It sounds too much, but everything was great

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful terrace that was perfect for spending the day before our late night flight. Relatively close to the airport.

Private room and bathroom . Proximity to airport . I tried to reach the owners during my stay as my bathroom flooded whilst taking a shower , can only presume the drain was blocked . I mopped it up with towels as best I could . Did not want to go searching for owner as there was a lot of loud voices and shouting outside my room . Didn’t feel safe there . Particularly with just a small latch like you use on a bathroom door as the only way to lock door . I was right by front door so the banging of that and the doorbell was awful . When I left early this morning this door was also just on a latch so anyone could have walked in . Addition of extra charge to use card payment should also be listed before staying . Do not stay here .

Nice hostel outside of the Centro Historico with lots of food options close by. Including a place beside the hostel that serves traditional Mexican in the evening. Nice terrace above to enjoy a coffee.

I loved this hotel. It was kind of hard to find, but it was worth it. I loved the great wifi and the upstairs deck. This place just had a good vibe, too. No sign outside to know you were at the hotel;.

The terrace, the plants, the ambience y the great hosts, thanks Daniel. A noisy couple in another room (it’s not the host fault), the room needs a towel holder.

cheap and friendly hotel - a bit loud though

Staff were so nice, Daniel, Jorge, Jazmin, thank you guys. They are always willing to help, and trying to make you feel comfortable. Facilities are so good, kitchen, rooftop, Wifi, the coffee, no complains. My room and my bed were so comfortable. Location is good, few minutes far from subway station, and quiet area. Definitely i would go back this place. I didn't like the extra charge they make for paying with card. It shouldn't be, because then you're not paying what was agreed on booking. Also, they dont give main entrance key, so is kind annoying ringing the bell everytime you need to get in of the property. Not cool for all those like me, who we go out and get in so often, or we came back home late, cause i felt like i were bothering with the dorbell.

Everything. The service is exceptional, really good breakfast. Such a cozy and welcoming place. We loved it Nothing. A bit outside the city center, but with Uber it was not a problem at all

The staff were super friendly and helpful The beds were hard - there were two in my room and they were both hard. It was noisy, I could hear traffic, planes, the guy in the room above me and in the middle of the night someone was shouting and banging on a door. I thought it would be comfortable and quiet because the reviews were so good. I will not stay there again.
