This is a great hotel right in the middle of the Zocalo, it is convenient, safe and central. This is definitely a safe place to stay but you won't get the neighborhood vibes, it will be more "city". Great beds, staff and cafe with free food for guests! Not much to complain about, just recommend taking into account all the traffic leading up to the zocalo/hotel.

I saw the pictures in booking.com and since my daughter will be for first time in Mexico City I would like to try a different hotel or what I normally pick and it was a very nice experience. Great location to walk. They offer a guide for free, breakfast really good, everything was good. You can go many places around just walking. Location, very friendly people, great breakfast, coffee and snacks pretty much all day long.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Breakfast had multiple selections and the food was superb. Staff very helpful in providing guidance around the city. They also held our luggage until we were able to checkin so we could tour the cathedral.

Everything was above and beyond our expectations. Clean and friendly service, they kept in mind every little detail a customer will want in a hotel. Including fresh clean, sanitized towels and clean spacious bathrooms and bedroom. There was honestly nothing to dislike.
