Personal amigable y atento. Los pisos de la habitación terriblemente maltratados, hasta dan impresión de suciedad. Se quedaron sin agua, y eso ocasionó que no pudiera asearme para asistir a la reunión que era el propósito de mi viaje. Los alimentos del desayuno muy básicos y sin buen sabor.

Hard Rock Cafe for World Cup football Terrible check in. Arrived at 2pm and were told we have to wait till 3pm, and for sure they had my room available. Totally inflexible and rather rude staff.

The wifi was perfect. The staff super friendly. The room was spacious and bed was good The room wasnt super clean. The breakfast is okay but could be better (for example, they dont have cappuccino machine, just plain coffee and milk).
