It was very clean and well located. The room was a little small, but even though it was comfortable.

Jose Alberto at the reception desk, was as always, friendly and helpful. We keep coming back to this hotel, for the pleasant staff and good location the water in the shower could have been warmer. Needs a place to hang wet towels

The location is perfect, few blocks from Bellas Artes palace and Alameda central the towels provided have an opportunity for improvement.

“I stayed for 4 days and had a mixed experience. The staff were amazing—very friendly and helpful—and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, the room conditions were disappointing. I had to request room changes several times because the air conditioning wasn’t working and kept leaking. In the final room, the hot water didn’t work at all and the controls were broken and on the floor. The staff was helpful. We had problem with the internet in the room, and they quickly found a replacement, with a better WiFi connection. The hotel is in a very good and central location. Close to the museums we wanted to visit.
