Hotel Duque

Excellent, friendly service. Clean, comfortable, spacious room.

Strangly the shower didn't have a door and the hotel didn't provide a towel or mat to prevent falls.

The price/el precio Staff was rude, you also had to leave your keys every single time you left the hotel. I felt as if my belongings weren’t safe. My friend needed to use the restroom and there was none in the lobby, so I told her she could use ours. When we got down, I was told we could not do that in a very rude tone. I explained no one was in the lobby to help, and I was reiterated there would be someone to help. Upon return around 1 AM I gave my name to get the keys, and I was asked twice about the room number since they didn’t check for the person’s information. They gave me the keys without looking up my name. There is also no AC which would be understandable because of the weather, but there was a huge window without protection, and if closed it got hot. There were no fans either and the shower in restroom had a window gap too. Just get an Airbnb. Never staying here again.

Close to the airport. Noise from other guests at other rooms can be heard inside your room, especially at night, since the hotel also functions as a motel.

The location was unmatched. Right smack in the downtown area and within walking distance of everything. The room had no windows and natural lighting. When the weather was warm, I had to leave the doors open to let it cool down.

The staff was rude. No kindness at all. I asked for an xtra pillow and it was brought without the pillow case and hair. Everyone would ask in a rude manner when we were leaving even if I stated that very clear at registration. They were in a hurry for us to leave that made me feel really unwelcome. Sad Carpet had a stink. Bedroom floor was ver uneven

We checked in very late. The gift basket was so nice, plus the sandwiches and beverage. You can't change the fact you are near a busy road, so it was bit noisy.

- price and location - the bathroom was spacious, modern and clean - the laminate floor was terrible, bumpy and dirty. I recall our last stay there several years ago as having a much better room. - the WiFi was terrible, it kept cutting in and out.

It’s located a short bus ride away from the airport, and the bed was very comfortable (firm) I was charged more for the room at the hotel than the Booking.com reservation led me to expect. Also the WiFi is horrendously bad, and guests should not count on it.
