Conveniently close to Downtown They do not have elevators or offer continental breakfast
-
You are greeted with bottled water at the entry, which is so appreciated during summer. Your room includes a free bottle of water as well. Exceptionally clean. Bathroom in room. Floored at the value Couldn't pay with credit card.

Location was very central, close to subway Very kind staff Towels get changed and trash emptied every day WiFi connection was pretty bad

Beds are hard

I'm not sure how many times I've stayed here over the last few years, but it's always the same, clean, comfortable, and affordable. Even during the World Cup, their prices remained the same, which was nice.

Payment is cash only. When I received a message asking me to confirm the stay, they said it was to prepare the room, but when arrived, the light in the bathroom did not work. I arrived there around 7 p.m. and the indoor bathroom was pitch black. It took like half an hour to get it fixed and my coming downstairs twice to ask them to do something. The second time they even gave me the light bulb and I was starting to change it myself when someone knocked at the door and said that the maintenance person was no longer in the building. Internet signal is very poor, you cannot seê anything on your devices when connected. Bed and pillows are awful. King bed was very hard and the only two pillows are paper thin and really flat. The night was chilly and we only had one cover besides the blanket. Towels for the shower were also so worn and thin that literally you could see through them and they did not dry you at all because the got wet very quickly; they also provided only two of them, very insufficient for me and my long hair and for my very tall friend.

Easy to get to and next to a park A lot of echo
-
my room was dark. not really a window to outside
-
The customer service was awful they only accepted cash and the area was insecure I cancelled it
-
They took cash only, and we're behind glass. Lots of prostitutes in the neighborhood. The shower was not warm.

As good as always. I've stayed here many times now over the last few years and I keep coming back.

Centrally located
-
I liked the zine of the room The bed springs were popping out and the pillows were super flat. The room next to the street is a little loud due to the widows not being very sound prod. And the specific street the hotel we are at is a little rough but not dangerous.
-
It was easy to access and had no issue checking in. Its one of the cheapest so the value is good for the price, the bed cover was dirty. Make sure the sheets are clean
-
It's a little old and dated but super clean, comfortable, and quiet . You can't beat the location, walking distance to anything you might want in the city, but also close to the metro and metrobus. It's hard to beat for this price in México City
-
Very close to downtown and cheap fares It's in a zone that seems a little bit unsafe
-
No breakfast For the price everything was excellent. Nothing I did not like
