I were choosing this hotel because it is cheap and average price during Dia De Los Muertos. We have stayed this place for 3 nights after arriving in Mexico City. Hotel as good since they gave us 1st floor and in the corner. The reception was helpful and we store our backpack for temporary moment after check out. Bed really spacious. Afterall the condition of the room and location is good for us. The internet connection is really bad in the room. You can connect the internet but nothing was connected in your phone or laptop. you need to go to the common hall that have sofa, but as soon as you stay at the common hall, internet really fast and notifications and message pop-up in your phone.

The aesthetic of the hotel was great. The hotel employees were helpful and hospitable. I did not get a shower in my room and it left me baffled.

it was available and close to Reforma Avenue it was not clean at all and it’s smell always as cigarette

on the website they offered a shuttle to airport, however this was not actually the case and I paid a lotttt to taxi. The rooms are paper thin, I could here everything people were saying in the rooms on either side, or in the hallway, could hear the person when they were using the bathroom... and vomiting in the room next to mine.. super disgusting. the surrounding neighbourhood was okay.

budgeted hotel with everything you need, location is close to attraction by public transport, staff are nice toilet is a bit loose with no toilet board, shower is weak, but hot enough

I liked the fact that the staff try to helped me when I reported an issue with my room and gave me another room without a problem. I didn't like the fact the place states to be a smoke free environment but the rooms smell like tabacco, also the rooms do not count with A/c and the rooms where super hot, lastly the TV are a bit old and doe not count with Netflix

exactly what was advertised, very affordable place to lay my head no frills, just simple, bare minimum, exactly what i paid for

Pedro Maria and all the staff were on a scale of 1-10 were a 1,000,000 Hot water not immediately available and low water pressure
