Very Good location Quiet; discrete, confortable

Fantastic location--convenient to museums, restaurants, and other very walkable neighborhoods. Nice breakfast included at partner hotel across the street. We appreciated and used many of the interior gardens, seating areas and other spaces, shared and private, in the hotel. Great, quiet ACs.And there's a nice common kitchen that's not mentioned. Luis singlehandedly did a great job wearing many hats as manager, concierge, interpreter, etc. Unexpectedly, half the hotel was suddenly closed off after a large party rented several units so we had no access to the lovely library and other common spaces we'd enjoyed earlier. I wish the hotel offered resources for travelers --like maps, list of recommendations for nearby food, recreation and culture. And know that there can be lots of stairs getting around the hotel. Given the climate, we would have appreciated 100% cotton bedding. Also, BOTTLED WATER should be a given!

The place is welcoming and spotless with a green indoor space and quiet. The furniture was solid wood and everything was stylish, slightly minimalist but ergonomic. The staff, particularly Shadee was helpful and concern about client satisfaction with a genuine flare. When I checked in my room has an issue with a shower leak!. So the management upgrade me the day after for all my stay and that was very appreciated. I like the fac you can have direct access to management via what's app. For instant communication. Walking distance to park and restaurant and Chapultepec Metro. Although, I have to say I was annoyed with the different of the cost. An extra $65 was added compared to the price I booked on Booking.com. Apparently some Mexico City tax were added after my locked price on Booking.com. Even though say that my price was paid in full and I did not have any add on. Still don't get that!

Good room, comfortable, shower and bathroom amenities (towels, soap, erc) were good. Breakfast was also great

Property was clean, modern, and in a great location within walking distance to parks and restaurants. Our daily breakfast at Maleza (included in our stay) directly across the street was delicious. Plus the staff were super friendly, attentive and kind.

Perfect location, really nice stuff, comfortable room, beautiful courtyard

I was notified by the hotel (on the last day I could cancel without paying a penalty) that they had overbooked. I booked my stay with Hotel Livin Condesa 5 weeks prior to my arrival and later found out that I was bumped out due to a "conference". I could not contact anyone by phone so all discussion was via WhatsApp. Ultimately I was given 3 AirBnB options in place of the room I had booked. Options they just happened to have available none of which were comparable to the actual hotel. I chose the only option in Condesa within a short walk to the hotel so that I could at least enjoy the pre-booked breakfast. My airbnb apartment was dark with poor ventilation and just 2 windows facing a light shaft which offered no privacy. The bathroom was so small and dark that I had to move a table outside the bathroom entrance to accommodate toiletries. I made a point of visiting the actual hotel in order to compare and it looked much better than what I was stuck with. Bait-and-switch.

Great location and architecture: near great restaurants and shops; very walkable. Loved the inner courtyard (my friend esp enjoyed the hot tub) and appreciated the art and garden design. The included breakfast, at the hotel across the street, was great and the staff, concierge, restaurant servers, and property staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Bathroom toiletries were practically non-existent: watered down shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. When we asked for additional towels and tissues, our request wasn’t addressed; however, we did receive the hand soap and robes & slippers we requested. Unclear details for breakfast (time & location) until we asked. My confirmed early check-in was not honored, which was a BIG disappointment, since I took a red-eye and needed to freshen up before heading straight to the F1 racetrack. The concierge apologized, and even though I was willing to pay extra prior to arrival, it was very inconvenient.
