We had a fantastic stay! The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and efficient in many aspects. Our room was not so spacious but spotless, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. The hotel’s convenient location near major landmarks and the excellent breakfast buffet made my stay truly exceptional. Nothing in particular

It was actually a very nice hotel, the bar was great and so was the restaurant. It is close to a lot of places so there wasn’t a lack of places to walk to. It also felt safe to me. I’m a solo woman traveler and would tell my other girlfriends to stay here. I was out walking around at 11pm. The only thing was I found a lot of hair in my room that wasn’t mine.

Staff was very helpful, room was clean, dark at night, and quiet. I was very happy that the room and bed were so comfortable. Breakfast is a huge buffet so that you can find things you like no matter your taste - omelets made to order, baked goods, eggs, bacon or sausage or equivalent, potatoes, pancakes, tons of fruit, juices, cereal, etc. The window of time for breakfast was large so that early risers and tired travelers who want to sleep in can be accommodated. The location was great, which is important in this city. It was very safe and had lots of restaurants and stores nearby, so that you not only have a lot of choices for food, but can buy whatever you may need, from toothpaste to clothing. Really unhappy with the laundry service. This is not part of the hotel, so I didn't consider this when rating the hotel. They shrank some of the clothing, which I'd washed and dried many times prior, so they must have used an acetylene torch to dry them. I also provided specific instructions for one of the two bags of laundry: Do not use dryer, please air dry / line dry. These instructions were provided in spanish and approved by the front desk people to ensure my request was reasonable and grammatically correct. What I got back were items that all reeked of chemical fabric softener, including the tights and bras that I'd specifically asked not to dry in a dryer. I had to take 3 hours to go to a laundromat to re-wash the items. They still stank of chemical fabric softener after 2 more washings. (I do highly recommend the nearby laundry that provides self-serve and drop off cleaning: Lavandería The Laundry Club +52 55 9003 9749 Boston 17A, Noche Buena, Benito Juárez, 03720). Oh,and I should have asked the price. I didn't have time to hand wash and wait for them to dry, but it was a very small amount of clothing so I was shocked when they told me I owed just under $50 US dollars!!!!! And they never gave me back the bags I'd been using for my laundry. Disastrously bad service at an exorbitant price!

Location, cleanliness in the room, staff - special Sergio at the restaurant was always very courteous and took care of all our needs. Nothing at to mention

Close to WTC where the event was held. Lots of restaurants in the area, very busy area, apparently safe, a bit noisy region. The shower head was not good. Badly maintained and didn´t provide me with a good shower.

I normally don't give hotels a 10/10 rating, but this small, boutique-like hotel in a prime Mexico City spot really deserves it. Awesome staff, room, and facilities. The breakfast could have been a little tastier, but it did the trick.

Everything was perfect.

Great location, close to many amenities and right across the street from the World Trade Center. Washcloths aren’t available. We found some in the gym and took them to our room so we could use them as washcloths.

Location Room to small Price so high

Central location, helpful staff. You need to forcefully download their Novotel app in order to get your digital keys. These digital keys can be accessed via your phones bluetooth. What was a pain at time is using the bluetooth in order activate the elevators, this at time didn't work and I had to constantly keep trying to select my floor. The readers in the elevator need to be replaced or reconfigured for better signal strength.

The staff was amazing, if you're going to the WTC is perfect. They let us keep the car park before the check in and after the check out. Definitely I'll come back next year or if another event happens before.
