Everything Nothing

Location was good in the middle of Zona Rosa When I first arrived to the room there was water all over the floor from rain leak through the windows. The towels are like rags, falling apart, ripped to pieces… The bed sheets and towels had stains on them. All hotel rooms face a very noisy street. Although breakfast is included, it’s didn’t taste good at all; processed cheese, no fruits, coffee not good…

Nice size room with fridge. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was very pleasant. Couldn't figure out how to use the 2 remotes for the TV. Don't forget to get the wifi password before you go upstairs. You won't find that info in your room.

Location, staff, value and the best part was the daily breakfast cooked to order by Juan & Angie, which was delicious! My only complaint is the street noise at night. Street noise at night.

I was very satisfied with this room. Clean, modern, pleasant, plenty of light. Great location in Roma Norte. Walk to everything. Some street noise, but to be expected for the populated location.

Great location, modern and new facilities, and very good breakfast. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything was great.

Great location in Roma Norte and probably the best price you can get in the area. Also dog friendly. Would stay again. The room was a bit small and hot. There is no AC. Also, I had picked this place because there was a microwave, mini fridge, and utensils, but there was not a sink to clean anything. You would have to wash your food items in the bathroom sink. A bit old and run down, and still pricey for what it was..

Street is quite noisy

No breakfast

Great location and very clean great room. 10/10 worth the money that you'll pay

The room was very hot, and the place was incredibly noisy and was unable to sleep. You could easily hear people talk outside, or a car driving by.
-
The room was big enough there was a kitchenetta with a fridge microwave and a filter coffee machine. The cleaning was ok. It is next to the market that is a bonus. The location is quite good. But if you have high expectations, you should choose somewhere else as it is a quite modest modest hotel. As in the rest of Mexico city, here as well the staff doesn't speak English. Therefore we had a very limited interaction, and we couldn't get much assistance but they were nice to us. The biggest issue was the terrible smell coming from the toilet/bathroom. Apart from that it was ok for me. I wasn't disappointed at all.

Location is amazing for the price It can get really hot, there is no AC but they give you a fan, makes it manageable

- Very affordable budget hotel - Nice staff - two free bottles of water upon arrival - very good wifi - spacious room and very clean - good location, easy access to convenience store - fastest elevator I've ever had in a hotel Absolutely nothing.

Amazing location with international food very close to the hotel. Staff was wonderful and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious.

There were hairs on the pillowcase the first night. Also, don't leave the window open because you can hear everything. The bed could be more comfortable.
-
The walls are thin, so you can hear neighbours and the traffic so if you are a light sleeper better not. Also I was on the 5th floor and the building constantly shakes when heavy vehicles passed by, water pressure not great.

I think I ended up staying here for 9 nights with my partner and the hotel very kindly let us extend for an extra night that I had forgotten to book originally. When I arrived to the room, I worried my +6 ft partner and I would be too squished in the bed but it was never an issue. Also it was actually cheaper to book directly with the hotel themselves than via Booking.com but the room overall was fabulous. We had a microwave, mini fridge, sink, and drying rack, which we put all to great use. The space overall was super clean and large. The bed was comfortable, the curtain in the room blocked out the sun nicely when put into use, and we enjoyed looking out the window around sunset before it went behind the buildings. Our view from the room was of the quieter street (Medellin, not Av Chapultepec, which can be a busier street overall), which had other apartments across the street. Our room was right by the elevator and easy to access. You're able to slide the windows open, which helped keep a good temperature at night. The room itself was massive! I picked the location because it was very local to the Metro. The bathroom and shower were great as well. The shower water would take a couple of minutes to warm up but that's been usual for all the places I've stayed in CDMX. There was a slightly foul smell sometimes in the bathroom but we alleviated that by keeping the bathroom window open during the day because there isn't a fan switch in the bathroom / any other way to dry the room after showering. The trash cans were tiny but they'd come refresh the room when we put the 'clean room' sign on the door so really wasn't an issue at all. The room was supposed to come with bottles of water each time it was cleaned but that didn't always happen. If you needed more toilet paper, you'd have to go downstairs to ask. But really there wasn't much to dislike at all! Really content with our stay :)
