The staff was freakin amazing!! They help bring your luggage to the room. They ask your language preference instead of assuming you speak Spanish. They have a shuttle to the airport as well as taxis. The view was amazing I loved everything! My husband and I traveled with a 10 month old baby and wanted to go to the bar and get a drink to go. The fancy bar by the lobby wasn't too nice. The host greeted us and directed us to the bar. However no bartender nor staff greeted us for 10 minutes. But they all stood around looking at us. So we left and got a couple to go mezcal margaritas from upstairs by wingstop which was just fine.

Great that it was close to the airport with a shuttle. Unfortunately my husband's left his Ear Pods in the room and we emailed the hotel to ask about them but got no reply

I love staying here when I come to a concert at Foro Sol because the hotel is the closest to Foro Sol. It is conveniently located within a small mall with several restaurants, coffee shops, oxxo and a Banorte branch. I love the mezanine area. The best option if you come to Foro sol o Palacio de los Deportes :)

Breakfast was a great experience. The food was fresh and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed it every day. Everything was clean. During the last breakfast, we were so excited to meet a sound technician from RUSH! From the room, we could see the airplanes but thankfully we couldn't hear them. The ride from AEROPUERTO BENITO JUAREZ was a breeze: less than 20 minutes. We were a little disappointed the restaurant was all booked for dinner the first night we arrived. However, the hotel is located above a moll and we were able to locate other nearby options. The gym was a little warm. I guess is good for the muscles, but it was a little too much for me.
