⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Stay – Exceeded Our Expectations!** We had a wonderful overnight stay at Holiday Inn Express before continuing our travels, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The airport shuttle was very easy to find, making our arrival completely stress-free. Check-in was fast, smooth, and welcoming. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic—with plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure, which was much appreciated after a long day of traveling. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet the following morning was one of the best we've ever experienced at a hotel. There was an incredible variety of fresh, delicious options, and everything was well-stocked and beautifully presented. The service throughout our stay was truly five-star. We'd especially like to recognize **Roberto** in the breakfast restaurant and **Samantha** at the front desk. They were both exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Our only minor observation was that the afternoon shuttle driver (we believe his name was **Olman**) didn't seem as friendly as the rest of the staff. However, this was a very small part of an otherwise outstanding experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place near the airport. For the purposes of the trip, it was an ok experience. When we arrived we were assigned a room that was open, not, clean and strangely “configured”. When we reported this to the staff, they did not seem to understand the situation and took it very lightly which is something I personally did not like. In the end they did provide a different room but only after explaining the situation several times even though we had just arrived and checked in just a few minutes before the incident. The staff, although they addressed the situation, they did take it lightly and they were not very sharp identifying what the problem was. They need to improve their situational awareness and communication skills.
