Hotel Plaza San Juan

A 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Agricola Oriental). A 25 min. taxi ride to Benito Juarez airport. A 15 minute walk to shops and cafes on Ave. Sur 8. Large clean room. Huge shower area with hot water. Table, 3 chairs. Good wifi. Excellent value for the price. Overhead lighting in the room was poor. Needs better lighting. No view outside from my room. Only one window up high. Some street noise. Ask for a room away from street.

The room is clean, comfortable and supper big. The staff is really nice and helpful. Very close to everything, a short walk from the Agrícola Oriental metro station.

On the last day I had to wait 7 hours at the airport due to the recepcionist guy "jose"told me i can check out lately at until 2 PM but they started to knock on my door at 12 o clock that I have to get out of the room because 'guests are coming'. The motel is used by ho....ers and low category young couples to ......... probably their home is not suitable for that,so there is movement. Not once did I wake up in the middle of the night to the ringing phone on the corredor or drunk people screaming loudly This ruined my day that is why I honor the booking with a 1 star review.Thank you. Staff definitely is missing a wheel,all of them were rude they did not greet and lacked the most basic manners. Great price, room was huge, clean, and always had plenty of hot water. Three blocks from the metro station. It is by a highway/street so it can be very loud. Is supposed to be a non smoking hotel but cigarette smoke came into my room every day either from next door or above. The location is not in the best part of the city but I never felt unsafe.

the room is GIGANTIC. even though it was just me, you could have thrown a 20 person party in there. the booking location of the hotel for uber confused my driver, but it was okay - i figured it was the next hotel over. it's half motel / half hotel.

Large room, cheap stay. Cleaners are lovely. Late checkout. Cockroaches EVERYWHERE of a night, just walking to the bathroom of a night we are walking on them. For early access I was asked to give a rating of 10. And when extending each time, I was asked to give a review. So most likely the other reviewers have been asked the same. Bathroom smells after the first night. It's also an 'adult' hotel, but I've stayed with my child and it's fine enough, just have music going when there's some noise. Quite often the hallway smells like cigarette smoke. Most rooms have 1 PowerPoint that's near the ceiling, but room 105 has 2 which is much better for phone and computer charging.

Near the airport. No ventilation or AC. No hot water. The room was extremely hot. The bedding smelled bad. There was cockroaches.

The staff was not polite. The smell of their cleaning product was so sharp and disgusting.

It needs to clarify that this place also works as a motel that is used by couples to spend a few hours The pictures seem to good vrs reality
