Casa Boutique Hotel

The room smelled moldy there were dirty stains on the carpet and the bathroom floor. The bedding had hair and dirt on it, the room had a portable ac not a built in one and the hose was taped up to the window with aluminum foil. I would never stay here again. I wish I could show the pictures that I took.

Disappointing

There is no staff, it’s a self check-in. I would love to have staff in person so I can ask informations about things to do around etc….Yes, there’s a phone number but I’m foreigner and my phone is not working outside my country.

The carpets need to go builr up bacteria and getms, rooms have smells.. i need sheets where wet i slept in a car in room Z was happy it was just for one night . Bathroom is nice and modern but that carpet needs to be taken out of entire hotel made my flesh crawl

Only later did I get a message from the property informing me that I would be charged an additional $182.40 in resort fees for my 5-night stay. That’s a significant extra cost that was never shown or disclosed during the online booking. This is extremely frustrating and feels like a bait-and-switch. If mandatory fees are going to be charged, they should be clearly displayed upfront so guests can make an informed decision. Finding out after the reservation is already made is unacceptable. Would not recommend booking here until they start being transparent , As for room and hotel itself .. dirty floors , dirty showers , damage furnitures … definitely not recommended

The room was disgusting , there was bed bugs in the bed and dry blood on the window ceils and curtains , did not look clean at all , the sheets were stained .. I would not book here again

They come with the FEE AFTER you book and disclose it a little before your check-in, so it's not like you will cancel it 30min before you arrive. In the morning I asked for a receipt for the "resort fee". They said it was going to be sent after the checkout. They asked for my email but I haven't received after 12 hours. As far as the hotel, the location is nice. Staff polite initially. Room mattress expired a long time ago. Sheets are good quality though (cotton).

Besides occasional cleaning crew that you see along the hall way in the morning, not a single person in sight if you need help. It’s a “self serve” and AI communication only base, not even ice machine available in the building. You cannot get through their phone, even though there is a number to call, you will receive “service error”.There is a young woman sitting on her chair in the lobby that we saw a couple of times during the day staring down at her phone. She was very, very unfriendly and when asked for extra towels, she vehemently said”No, instead asked when we checked in? She said the exact few provided (2 big, a couple of small ones) was enough until room service which was only provided every other day was her exact word with not even a smile. We asked about lawn chairs and beach towel as advertised; she said no lawn chairs, only beach towels and was provided in room. If not, she would put in service request for more, making you sound like you are bothering her. This is supposed to be hospitality business? We paid for resort fee? For what? I feel bad for folks who are not technical savvy. They would have a very difficult time checking in. We didn’t get digital code until 1 hour past check in time and had no way of reaching anyone until we communicated through Expedia platform and WhatsApp multiple times, over course of few hours and all sudden we were granted digital code to access room. The cleaning staff, was supper nice eventhough they could not speak English.

We found a cockroach in the bathroom. Bathroom paint was peeling off the walls from mold. There was no staff, only an iPad for self checkin.

They have an automated check in process. Also the check out is automated. I had to leave early and the front desk was empty, the check out wasn’t working so I dropped the key inside the mailbox. I’ve been calling all day long since 9am and nobody answers the phone. You get music and later a recording, and then the call drops. There’s no way to communicate with anyone there to ensure the room was check out and there was no issues. I placed a request via Expedia to find out. Hopefully I won’t get an unexpected charge on my credit card.

A little trouble checking in. I called the help number and they responded back immediately and took care of the situation.

We stay in this hotel 3 times. But our last visit Hotel is not clean as it is before.

Room smelled like mold there was mold all over the bathroom wall. I had to buy my own cleaning products to try to get rid of it but couldn’t get it off. Would not recommend this hotel
