Property is clean and safe

The hotel was nice, however there is no parking that you do not have to pay for. Parking is a block away and 30/day. The rooms are like modules you see on FB that are used in foreign countries. Very tiny. We had to crawl over each other to get out of the bed- no area to walk around it. Very nice staff and clean place though.

I’ve been staying at Citizen M since they opened and I keep coming back it is my favourite boutique hotel in South Beach

The location is walking distance from beach which you get to walk through Lincoln Rd. Mall. The facility is modern great for couples. The art deco is beautiful.

Very well organize

This was a great hotel. Very attentive my toilet stopped up they sent someone immediately. They are a great hotel very nice and convenient 10/10 I will be back again. My first time in Miami as an adult their staffs made it so much better.

Was a very fun and modern hotel. Near a lot of walking distance restaurants. Parking, such as a voucher or a discount could have been attached. Construction near. Door of bathroom and tv chromecast QR code wouldn’t work. Brought issue to staff attention and was informed of maintenance coming by during our second day to resolve the issue. No one came and during our last day we were able to switch rooms due to the inconveniences as well as we were provided with a free breakfast voucher which was greatly appreciated. Overall staff should communicate better and take more initiate in resolving issues.

well put together staff is amazing no good ac and no hot water for shower

I wanted so bad to love this hotel. However, the staff were rude and not concerned about issues of their property. My 1st night was totally unacceptable. The bathroom shower flooded into the bathroom due to shower door not being able to close properly and we were brought towels for my husband to clean up the water. We were told maintenance wasn’t available. We did not receive any housekeeping services throughout the 5 night duration, even though I opted for it via the iPad. There is no hotel parking. You have to park next door in a public garage. We were given another room which was better but then there was this horrible odor as if a sewer had backed up. Not how I expected my birthday vacation and 1st time to Miami to go.

The rooms are small but practical I’ve been a loyal customer for I’ve two years I love Citizen M

The location is excellent, making it easy to enjoy the restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and everything South Beach has to offer. The hotel has a cool contemporary atmosphere and feels like a great choice if you’re looking for something fashionable and lively. Overall, a fun and well-located stay with a great Miami vibe. Definitely a place I would consider staying at again.
