Everything is too old!

I was happy that hotel still has receptionists. Don’t like online or self check in. Apartment was well equipped with dishes and towels. Room was very clean. Air conditioning was poor as hotel locked at 62 F which was not normal when outside was 102 F) it should be at least at 72F. We were unable to adjust to colder. In the past they were welcomed us with a bottle of wine and welcome card as regular customers. Not anymore. It will be nice to at least have a bottle of water on the table. House keeping is every 2-3 days. Beach towels and chairs were available at all the times. We were happy that they again have space for guests to seat and enjoy your coffee and drinks in front of the hotel with tables and chairs ( third party restaurant was closed and moved out). I guess less money for the hotel now and that’s why I felt that hotel was drained and with sad vibe. Huge difference from previous years. Overall we are always happy to stay at Crest hotel and suites. Thank you Paula for accommodating us with a rollaway bed. See you soon again!

A nice spot to stay at, beaches and restaurants were close. Only bad things were there was no microwave at the hotel. And the site failed to disclose a resort fee

Staff was super friendly and kind, made getting settled easy! Did find a roach in our room but most likely was due to the humidity outside since it was only 1 all stay!

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were practical and clean. The location was phenomenal. We stay here every year!

Old property but good location. Wouldn’t come here again but it wasn’t terrible. Needs a lot of updates. AC was cold and working great I will say !

The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was good. The room didn't match what was in the photo on the website. The bathroom was very small especially the shower basically a coffin. The closet had no doors. The side tables fell over because unstable. The TV, furniture, bathroom needs updating. Need a microwave

Very friendly customer service. Thank you. Cool air conditioning. Ice and water availability. Pool and beach towels available. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure. Location is close to Miami Beach and Restaurant strip.

atencion al publico. Los colchones muy incomodos. los banos limpios pero desprolijos en pintura, sanitarios muy antiguos baneras horribles, todo de hace mas de 40 anos... puertas de los banos con pintura deteriorado y desprolijo, habitaciones muy oscuras con dibujos en los techos, alfombras oscuras, aires acondicionado de ventana que daba directo a la cama.... el anclaje del tv casi que se cae.... todo desprolijo.

Perto da ocean drive. A piscina não estava a funcionar.

This place has the potential to be SUPER cute, but the painting was sloppy & the walls are thin. Staff was wonderful though & loved that they had good quality in the morning.

The breakfast was excellent. We got a voucher for breakfast. The location is nice, close to the beach and the main streets. The hotel is old, and the room is basic. The AC produced hard noises. The AC produced noises, the bathroom is very old, and it doesn't have a good shower
