Perfect Place in the middle of EVERYTHING! Pretty nice atmosphere, I forgot the name of the gentleman that helped us with an early check-in.. I'll be back.. for sure

There is no actual front desk here. Everything is done over the phone. You don’t receive any card keys. You receive a code to use at the door and the gates. It’s in the middle of a walkway of all the restaurants there’s no housekeeping during your stay and there’s nowhere to put your trash if staying more than one day there’s no parking at this hotel. You have to park in our garage or park with their third-party valet, which cost $45-$50 a day. The bed was very comfortable but a full size I paid for two beds got one they are super strict on check in which is 4pm no earlier they text you a code for your room at 3:50pm be prepared to pay an extra 20% service fee at all the restaurants surrounding the room…

Property was clean and in a beautiful place.

Great Staff held our luggage until check in time! We had a little problem getting in the main door later in the evening but finally was able to enter and get to our room.

The place was clean, the room has a lot of space, and the bed is comfortable. The location is very good and we had no problems with loud noise or sound at night. The elevator wasn't working (we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs with heavy luggage). The building's fire alarm got triggered several times without any apparent reason. There was no front desk to ask questions or store luggage, the location is very confusing, and the virtual map doesn't help. Neither of the TVs (the living room and bedroom) was working properly; the remotes didn't work, so we had to use the TV buttons to switch on/off and adjust the volume.

The property has a great location for cuisine and great drinks, unfortunately the room we stayed the AC was not cooling during the night, the hallways smelled like humidity. But otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.
