The Betsy - South Beach

Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the team handled it exceptionally well. They responded quickly, found a great solution, upgraded our room, and even reimbursed part of our first night for the inconvenience. Their outstanding customer service and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction truly impressed us. The Betsy combines luxury, excellent amenities, and top-notch service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami Beach.

We enjoyed this hotel immensely. A great location, within walking distance of the action, but not directly in the mix. The hotel staff (Juan and Fritz) were extremely friendly and very helpful. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for others.

The bedroom is spacious, comfortable and silent. The location is great, with very easy access to everything. Also, the hotel's restaurant serves excellent meals, can't recommend enough!

Staff is amazing

The room was ok, wardrobe space very small thank goodness we were only staying a couple of days. The hand held attachment didn’t work only the overhead. The sink was blocked and the plug didn’t work. The breakfast wasn’t worth having didn’t enjoy it. The bar however was wonderful & the staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Staff would be excellent except for the valet. The last guys I encountered were so rude. I literally would not go back because of the way the treated me.

We really liked this property. The staff was helpful and kind. We met the owner and he was warm and very personable. Our room was small, but had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our visit and plan on returning in the future

Our stay became even more special when our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, requiring us to extend our visit by one additional night. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Fritzner. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help were truly above and beyond our expectations. He made us feel welcomed, reassured, and cared for during an unexpected change in our travel plans. We were also delighted with Room 339, which was absolutely excellent—comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything was perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend an extra night. A special thank you to Joanny at breakfast each morning. Her warm smile, welcoming attitude, and genuine kindness always start our day in the best possible way. It is truly a pleasure to see her every year, and her professionalism and attention to guests make a real difference. The concierge Paul is absolutely incredible! He helped book a boat tour for us and arranged a rental car for the day, plus he organized a curated tour of the hot spots in Miami. We will be coming back!

I had such a great stay at The Betsy. It stands out far and above the rest of the hotels near it. From the service to the food, the rooms and the art, it is by far one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and definitely my new favorite in South Beach! Will absolutely be back.
