The location is very convenient and practical. The staff is very helpfull and reception is open 24H Rooms are not very well insulated, so a bit noisy. The rooms have been renewed recently, but clearly with poorly qualified workers

The location was near stores and the beach!!! The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.

I enjoyed the area where the hotel is located, the staff was also very nice, they gave us beach chairs and beach stuff. They were very nice. Small room

Nothing I required a handicap room and once we arrived was told that ramp for handicap was not working. Had to find another hotel and Cove was not willing to reimburse us for our room or our friends room. Said I had to talk to owner who was not available on the weekend.

An amazing location with the best hosts you could ask for, could not do enough for us Thank you and a pleasure to stay with you It was pretty much perfect

Excellent location, front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Generally clean all round and a good base to have when visiting South Beach. Had to ask for fresh towels twice during the stay, these should have been replenished when the room was cleaned.
