Good Location...

El alojamiento es sencillo pero está en una zona inmejorable.

Super attentive staff, room was very clean and tidy, I would recommend for anyone looking for a more affordable stay in Miami.

Piscine fermée alors qu’à la réservation elle était disponible. À l’arrivée il y avait de la rubalise tout autour donc fermée. La Clim dans la chambre est totalement inefficace car elle est au sol. Refroidit sur moins d’un mètre de haut et impossible de dormir . Avec, trop de bruit, 60decibels mesurés à un mètre en réglage silencieuse pour la nuit. Et sans, une fournaise. Heureusement qu’on testait que 2 nuits car épuisant. L’accueil est sympa avec un baby-foot sans balle et de bons fauteuils, la cuisine et frigo partagés sont biens aussi.

The front desk told us the dump pump had just broken, but other guests said it had already been broken and experiencing problems on and off before we arrived. When we asked about the situation, we were very polite and we were simply trying to understand what had happened, but the front desk was rude and dismissive, and not helpful at all. We were not offered a proper solution or even a sincere apology. Had we known the pool was unavailable, we would have booked somewhere else. Guests should be informed a major amenity is out of service before payment.

Tropics Hotel went above our expectations. We’ve stayed in south beach many times and by far Tropics has been the best one budget wise. Easy self check in process, HUGE clean pool, has a big kitchen area where you can cook if you would like. They provide lounge chairs at the pool and to take to the beach along with umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, beach towels and more. Everything is in walking distance including Lincoln Road, Espenola Way, Ocean Drive and more. The staff is very friendly and the rooms provide everything you need. We can’t wait to come back!

It was a great location, walking distance to the beach, stores, restos... convenient affordable in/out parking which is highly recommended when you have your car with you... very attentive staffs and top notch customer service. Will come back here for sure!

Die Idee mit der Gemeinschaftsküche ist super. Der Pool war etwas trübe, sind lieber nicht rein. Die Lage ist super, Beach, shoppen, Party, alles fußläufig zu erreichen

The staff was very nice and the guys working there were askingme every day if I need something, they make my stay vey confortable, the room was very calm and very clean, the hotel is near everything, the beach is at 100 m ocean drive is at 8 mn Lincoln Road as at 10 mn, the pool was wonderful. Of course I will return here next year

Staff was accommodating. Also a very honest staff. My wife left an expensive watch in the room and the staff contacted us immediately to return the watch to us.

Nicht zu empfehlen, Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist völlig abgerockt und Renovierungsbedürftig.

chambre propre, le personnel a été très professionnel, disponible et très gentil . l'hôtel est très bien situé et correspond à la description. D'ailleurs j'ai prolongé mon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Tropics Hotel no es un alojamiento estándar. Si buscas un hotel tradicional este no lo es en su core, pero es muy conveniente si buscas una estancia larga y más independencia y privacidad. Viajé en mayo con familia y fue un poco incómodo dado que no habia mucho personal para preguntar, a excepción del chat, que siempre estuvo al tanto de nuestras dudas. La habitación era muy fría, el clima no se podía regular y también nunca nos cambiaron las toallas, la basura estaba al borde y nadie pasaba a recogerla. Además, la tubería del baño hacía un ruido muy raro al bajarle a la taza y parecía que se iba a descomponer. De ahi en fuera, la ubicación es muy linda si te concentras en south beach.
