The room and property was clean.

The hotel is nicely located in Kendall and the staff ( Andy from the Front Desk) was very friendly, helpful and professional. The accesible room has everything needed with customers with disabilities. Overall I definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone on business or vacation travel.

It was clean and had the kitchen with all the appliance My diamond engagement ring was stolen from Room 305, where I had left it. I don't understand why housekeeping entered my room, as the hotel's policy states that rooms are only cleaned after checkout or after every seven days for extended stays. Additionally, there is a notice in the bathroom stating that if guests would like fresh towels, they should request them. However, the Housekeeping Manager informed me that their staff changes the towels during service regardless. I would appreciate an explanation as to why my room was entered and serviced despite the stated policy.
