location is perfect, close to restaurant and shop ,clean quiet and have everything we need.

The room was spacious and clean. Location is great and very walkable.

Other wise 10/10 Recommend

Didn’t use the kitchen much except for coffee. Nice to have the large refrigerator.

Great location, great apartment......it was really impressive.

Location was great. These are rentals in a hotel right in downtown Coconut Grove. You have plenty of restaurants and shops right outside your door. I found it extremely hard to contact the property owner. They have a cell phone listed but they will not return calls or text messages. You can see they read the texts, but won’t reply. The unit was fine but the bathroom smelled extremely bad and there was mold in the shower. I would stay the hotel next time and book directly through them

Located property. Lacks a proper restaurant in the location to be perfect. Otherwise, outstanding

I was surprised that the pool closes early (7-7:30 p.m.), and their restaurant has not reopened since the pandemic. It would have been nice to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop, which offers beautiful views of the marina. There is also no lobby gift shop or sundries available. Overall, the hotel and apartment feel very secure, and I would consider staying here again.

Room was as advertised; clean, great location, nice views. Welcome beverage was much appreciated and $30 credit at GreenStreet Cafe provided a great meal at a reasonable price.

Very clean and quiet, nice view

The condo was very nice and had a spectacular view of the area and bay. The black throw blanket and sheets on the bed were dirty and should have been cleaned. Would otherwise stay again.

Fantastic place!! Everything was clean, beautiful views, great shower. Heated pool, and great hot tub on the 8th floor. Bed was comfortable, we loved the unit and would come back!
