My family has stayed at this hotel in Miami several times and it has always been a good experience - clean, comfortable and good value. The staff is friendly, breakfast is included and there is free parking with your stay. Highly recommend.

Breakfast the rooms and bed were comfortable Front Staff At night, she messed up our rooms, there were no rooms available on what we booked, They gave us 2 separate rooms which didn't male any sense it was only 3 of us, She acted all confused, horrible and spoke Spanish just didn't fly right,, This was in June but no compensation or nothing and we drove 4 hrs in storms and raining and to get to our hotel, our rooms were not even available.

The breakfast was great, many options; the room was clean and attractive and the overall feel of the place was welcoming. That water, coffee, and tea weren't available all day. More options are available during breakfast.

Outdoor area was nice Room was very hot.Air conditioning didn't work good.Staff wasn't friendly. Wouldn't let me store my bags.Breakfast was fare.Not a good experience.No real value for the money. .

The Hotel is very good place to stay, its has everything you need, very good for Family. Like it. Also front desk Alexander D. was a really professional person and very polite. Maybe the parking lot sometimes get full.

The property is beautiful and in a quiet area. You would have to drive, however, to get to eateries and shopping. Breakfast was very nice, and beds are very comfortable and rooms laid out nicely. I will definitely be back. I have no complaints
