Sonesta Miami Airport

The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and resourceful in assuring my sister and I had adequate transportation from Airport and to the Cruise Ship.

Room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Air conditioning was cold. Great place to stay by the Miami airport!

Everything was wonderful from check in to check out. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The lobby, bar/dining area, to our room was immaculate which is a definite plus. We were able to late check out at noon without penalty. I highly recommend Sonesta Airport if you're heading to the Port of Miami or just need to be close to the airport. There is a shuttle that takes you directly to the port for $35 pp or there's always Uber/Lyft if you prefer to go after the second shuttle departure of 11 AM - the first shuttle leaves at 9 AM.

Liked the outside seating area, and the convenience of the lobby restaurant. No working swimming pool, TV kept buffering for signal for channel to enjoy, fire alarms going off, No room microwave, no room service for dinning in the room even though they had a restaurant downstairs in the lobby,
