Sonesta Miami Airport

The room was covered in hair, on the pillows, floors, bath etc. Swimming pool was also closed and unavailable which we weren’t made aware of. It’s clear the property has been refurbished and it’s looking wonderful but the attention to detail is lacking sadly

La piscine n’était pas ouverte lors de notre séjour malgré le fait que lors de la réservation rien n’était mentionné sinon l’hôtel est très bien

Would have been nice to know the pool was shut down. We had the whole day that could have been at the pool

I stayed here for one night, booked at the last minute, and was very impressed. The hotel is clean and new. The rooms are spacious with a great design. The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to get up in the morning. The staff at the front desk were welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Sandwich. Every staff that I met was friendly and helpful if needed. The only thing I did not like was the Cuban sandwich. However the fries that came with were some of the best I have ever had. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Miami and pass on the Cuban Sandwich.

Las habitaciones muy limpias, excelente opción para tránsito o cercanía del aeropuerto de Miami, las mejores camas que he dormido últimamente lo cual facilita un mejor descanso, excelente servicio al cliente en recepción , sin problemas en mi check in tardío, sin dudas un hotel para volver en el futuro.

La propiedad estaba muy igienica y el personal amable... tiene transporte hacia el aeropuerto y al puerto de cruceros gratis

Very accommodating and generally friendly staff. Rooms are nice.

Nice place

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful pool and nice exercise room, water and towels are available. The restaurant is good but pricey. The shuttle to the airport runs every 20 minutes. There is a plaza , walking, 14 minutes away.
