The Staff was helpful. Super clean and good amenities.

Bed was made with only one pillow. Front desk said they were out. Gym and pool towels were always out. One elevator was out of order my entire week stay. Not the biggest things but they added up. Biggest thing was I was staying here for company business and at 9:40AM on Friday the breakfast was already taken down and put away so I couldn’t even grab a juice or cereal on my way out. My company recommends us staying here since it’s close to work but I’ll be telling them to go somewhere else. Just too many small problems.

Mixed a little business with pleasure hotel was clean and smelled amazing the staff was helpful and friendly very welcoming my granddaughter and niece loved the breakfast and made use of the pool was very close to everything would definitely stay there again

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, and the amenities made the experience even better. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ None

In a nice part of Doral. However, not very clean. The couch in the king suite room was covered in a white fluid substance that dried up. There was hair on the counter top and in the shower. The lighting was VERY poor. Only 1 table lamp and 2 small side table lamps. The curtains were broken so we weren’t able to use natural sunlight to help with poor lighting issue. At night it was impossible to get ready properly due to no real lights in the room. Only ONE elevator, so very long wait times to get to and from your room regardless time of day. Will love to revisit Doral but just not at this hotel. Only gave a 3 star rating for the front desk staff. If it weren’t for the front desk staff I would’ve given it a 1.

The staff keep your safe and private ( even when it mean delivery driver can not delivered your item in front of the door), the staff friendly. This place very clean and cold which is the best thing I like.
