SpringHill Suites by Marriott Miami Doral

Our room was overall great. We were 6 (3 adults) on the trundle bed room. Space was good, microwave, small fridge very useful. Breakfasts were good enough for a large party to have something to run on. Typical hot breakfast with variety of things was good. Elevator was not working well so I cant give this a 5 star unfortunately (I was in the last floor).

Location, easy access to shopping centers. Housekeeping service was poor, they communicated that every other day but we did not receive the service.

My first day there about 3 nightgowns went missing. After that at around 6-7pm my second and sixth night someone opened the door to my room where I was sleeping. For no reason. I asked management to check the cameras but nothing was done.

Carla at the front desk was very nice.

This place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Not to far from shopping areas. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. We kept asking for an extra towel, and the room was booked for 3 adults and 1 child.

Exceptional

We had to keep turning the refrigerator back on. The front desk called to the room twice to tell us that they had been having problems with the refrigerator and for us to keep turning it back on and it will work. We asked for extra blankets multiple times but never got them. Only 1 elevator was working during our entire stay which was 8 days Definitely will not go back
