Voasis Valley Krabi - Natural Resort - Adults Only

The experience was disappointing. The staff were not welcoming at all and the service felt very poor from the beginning. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers — you are basically paying only for the view. There was also a very concerning issue with safety. After 8 PM, there is no staff available at the property, which makes the place feel unsafe, especially for guests who may need assistance. Additionally, I was charged 500 THB for a lost key, which felt excessive and unreasonable. Overall, the service, pricing, and lack of staff presence made this stay uncomfortable and not worth the money. Short summary: Nice view, but poor service, safety concerns, and not worth the price.

The property is in a great place. Between mountains. The food is modest.

it was very nice and relaxing. I had no problems at all with a personal car however I think for scooters it may be abit difficult, the roads are very dark at night. The place was lovely so as the room. We also participated in an ice bath event which was very nice!

The location is very peaceful and scenic and the staff were very welcoming with additional activities such as yoga. The beds weren’t comfortable and the bathroom is not that good plus at night the sound of the frogs was too loud.

Property is amazing. Great small cabin for both sun and a thunderstorm. Huge potential for total 5 star experience. We stayed 10 days. Staff was very nice and tried but fell short for the price point they charge. Food was inconsistent in portion size. Limited menu. You will need a scooter to get to the beach. Rental on property for premium price and not the best maintained bike. Lots of noise in the area by neighbors with 2 stroke landscape equipment, very disturbing during yoga classes.

The backdrop is beautiful Where do I start?! Number 1: the location. Sometimes staying a bit outside of town makes the experience more special but this location is very inconvenient. There are no taxis or grab that will pick you up from the hotel. Even if you get dropped off on the main road at the 7-11. You will require a scooter if you stay here, want to get out and explore or go eat anywhere! This placed is labeled as a retreat and wellness center - but it feels far from it. I’ve traveled extensively and this isn’t it. As soon as we got there we couldn’t wait to leave. Number 2: pictures are very deceiving. The place is run down. The main restaurant feels dirty and dusty. Floors never really seem to get cleaned. There are no pool towels. You have to use the ones from the room. Number 3: staff is very disorganized. Very difficult to get any straight answer from them. We did not book our stay with the breakfast included. The food didn’t look good and noticed many people leave most of their meals not eaten. Many people were complaining that the food took over an hour to come out. This was the case any time of day! The hotel wasn’t even busy! We ordered a smoothie and it took 50 mins to come out and the order was wrong. Number 4: you shower pretty much next to the toilet! Like a trailer/boat shower. The bed comforter barely covers the top of the mattress so when 2 people are in bed, the covers do not cover the entire body. A comforter for a single bed is used for a double. Seems like it’s the case for all rooms….something so little that is actually very annoying when trying to sleep. There are many cheaper and much better hotels located in Aonang. This was our 3rd hotel stay there and by far has been the worst one from our trip. We thought staying here was going to be a treat but it couldn’t be further from the truth! We stayed at another hotel in town for less than 1/2 the price.

Charming calm comfy hotel tucked away in a scenic valley. Nestled between very high mountain peaks. Nothing. Amazing value and charming. Amazing place to rejuvenate and calm nerves.

We loved everything about this place. From front desk to housekeeping all staff was helpful, kind and polite. Facility was clean, foods were delicious. It is in the middle of the forest and you can connect with the nature, so peaceful. It has a wonderful view and sound of nature. Also joining yoga classes with the view was awesome! And even it is in the forest, transportation was not a big deal, we went to Ao Nang almost everyday easily by taxi.

Okay it was very good experience. The gardening around was wonderful .. The workers kept in details keeping everything perfect. Anyway, room…. Room was small, not too much space around, for those who are claustrophobic i don’t suggest . bathroom ? needs an upgrade. Breakfast not too much options, it’s not like a hard thing to add some new options. Everyday if you ate that same menu it was boring. The restaurant was very good. The guys there were very kind and truly helpful for anything, only a few little words in english. No worries bcs all Krabi area hotels all staff wasn’t good in english. Smth else maybe for the guests the yoga was a little bit pricey , for the price of the rooms i’m saying bcs it was not so cheap for that double room. Anything about Voasis was beautiful, wonderful nature , amazing views of the mountains, you feel like in middle of jungle no one around you. Sometimes i wake up 3 am just to listen to the noise and watching the mountains. It felt like avatar? one day i asked for cleaning and i think the ladies there in purpose the threw my weed bag i had just bought. It was not kind nevermind. Notice: please don’t kick the dogs around the hotel. They are super-cute the 3 days i was there i fed them with chicken meat(was like 30 cents ) and they were so friendly if you pet them. Animals before humans anytime. checkout was easy. You can rent a bike ?️ there and you can visit amazing places.
