Employees were kind insightful and helped with everything our whole stay. We loved the staff:) There wasn’t much to complain about it was clean, had a 24 hour pool, very nice inside smelled good and it was close to everything we wanted to do which was nice especially for the price definitely manageable.

Close to places I need to go .. like 20 or 35 mins drive The sheerock walls could hear the neighbors.and the walking upstairs.

Staff was super nice! I left my water bottle before my cruise and they kept it for me! The pool was big in my opinion for a hotel especially in Miami! Great location for food, even had a burger truck on site that was really good! The staff member even made us a fire as well so we can enjoy the court yard for my mom’s 50th! We stayed in the suite and it was perfect! The room was huge and very clean! Just wish the bed was a little more comfortable but wasn’t terrible at all.

The lady on the front desk was excellent. She even found me a charger to keep when i lost mine.

It was clean, staff were friendly, location was perfect for the day before our cruise. Wish courtyard was more usable. But it wasn’t a deal breaker to stay there. Also our room was missing a toilet paper holder. That seemed odd and u hygiene to have to hold the toilet paper to be able to use it.

Excellent stay, clean room, the soundproof rooms are a plus because of the busy road. Staff was help and pleasant. Will definitely stay again.

Initial communication was rough. Staff did stay on property late to make sure my arrival was safe. Door to my room was unlocked when I arrived. Overpowering chemical odor in room. Beds were extremely hard. Pool area was cute but not clean. Water was very foggy and warmer than bathwater. Guests had glass bottles around the pool. Garden area has a lot of potential but not set up or kept up.
