I went to dinner and a staff that served me on a previous stay remembered me and came over to say hello. I liked that. The fact that they allowed kids under 11 to eat free was a real nice touch

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful, our room was so comfortable and clean, and the amenities were spot on! We would have loved to have stayed longer but sadly holidays come to an end. Thank you for a lovely time!

This hotel is the definition of class and helpfulness all rolled into 1 place. Everything from the phone attendants, to parking attendance to room services and cleaning services were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough about how beautiful and special this property is, If you have a choice - make this hotel / resort your top pick!!

The individual houses that are not too big or busy. The work being done on the front patios that we were not informed about. Also the endless taped off areas around the reception area. Unsightly looking, annoying and seemed unnecessary.
