Merissa from the front desk was great !

It was just a night stay but none of the outlets were working nor the lights or the tv. It only had sheets no blanket. The hallways had horrible smell and water stains on the floors and walls. Front desk staff was amazing and very nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful,,,,however the property rooms needs a facelift

They were remodeling but were very attentive to help and accommodate us.

The rooms have an old musty smell, the water showers are very old, they don't put extra sheets to cover themselves, the air is terrible noise and doesn't cool well, the uncomfortable beds I don't recommend it at all! It's not to give him a star!

Pésima mi estancia allá, tuve que irme antes y perder el resto de dinero, cobijas sucias, empolvadas y manchadas, demasiadas hormigas por todos lados, los pasillos huelen horrible, tenía un panty en el baño que nunca apareció y tuve que bajar los 4 pisos del hotel por las escaleras el sábado 1 de agosto y recién operada porque el ascensor estaba dañado y nadie me dió una solución ya que tenia que ir a una cita médica, asi que No lo recomiendo ni volvería, tenía que incluso quedarme mas tiempo toda la semana pero en vista de todo esto me fui incluso antes y perder dinero!!

There was roaches in the bed.

The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor due to a lack of cleaning; the laundry area was filthy, from the floor to the insides of the washers and dryers; the elevator floors were dirty; and a bad smell was noticeable on every floor, from the hallways to the rooms. There weren't even cups for coffee. Please address these important details regarding cleanliness and the proper maintenance of the hotel and rooms so that guests stay happy and want to return. I hope the entire staff works with love and dedication to make a difference.

Convenience Nothing

The place was very dirty, from the room floor to the laundry area; the washers and dryers were filthy and smelled bad. There were foul odors in the hallways and the room due to a lack of cleaning. On top of that, there was no hot water, the bathtub was clogged, and to top it all off, there were no cups for coffee today. I strongly recommend addressing these issues—primarily by performing a deep clean of both the rooms and the laundry area.

It was a hotel to be in very clean and the personal very helpful

The staff was good and the location was pretty good. The smell wasn’t good, the cleanliness wasn’t good at all.

Nothing The hotel sheets were not clean; they had both dog and human hair on them. Thank God we had brought our own sheet and were able to put it over the bed. We arrived late at night and just wanted to sleep, so we didn’t ask for clean sheets. The shower water never got completely hot. We only stayed one night because we had no other option—it was supposedly the “cheapest” place available. I put “cheapest” in quotes because the night cost $150. Next time, I would honestly rather sleep in my car.
