The room size was great, bigger then most other hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The location is great. Many restaurants within walking distance. The floors were dirty.

The smell of the room was mildew..& housekeeping walked in while i was trying to nap(absolutely uncomfortable)

It wasnt even busy. Very disappointed

The first room smelled like mildew and had feces on the toilet the second room I ended up finding empty water bottles from the previous occupier cleaner then the first one I guess

Hotel seemed clean enough, not perfect by any means, staff was friendly, location was ideal. They charged my card 6 times checking in over drawing my bank account and it took 40 minutes to get a key made afterwards, still haven’t received my deposit refund which I wasn’t told about until checking in

The location was good The pool was freezing and the tv was not cooperating very well, had to go to front desk to have them fix it. And shower head was outdated

Nice hotel

I had a two day stay check-in. It didn’t work also had a sewage problem. Move to the second room air and sewage problem again a manager can be rude. Was rude when you address problems with the room.

Very quiet and relaxing stay. Staff was friendly. Room was excellent.

The room was nasty it was a horrible smell like dogs and smoke spoke to manager he came in with air fresher that didn’t help and didn’t do anything else he said they was sold out. It was not cleaned at all hair was all on the floor, on bed, on pillows , in tub and on toilet I will never stay again my worse stay ever

The rooms were clean but the beds are horrible. The mattress is so bad my husband and I both woke up with sore backs and hips. They need to replace them.

Bed was just terrible very uncomfortable and pillows hard as rocks. Breakfast was ok but the hot food was cold most likely would not stay here sgain

when we opened the door on our room the room had not been cleaned.The second room had a problem with the bathtub stopper.The manager had to get someone to fix the problem.Before we left the bathroom sink did not drain and we had to tell manager that it also had to be fixed.The stay was not to good.
