The carpeting was pretty dusty around furniture and the most confusing thing was the shower. The hot and cold water were switched. When we had it all the way hot, it was cold. We were waiting until we tried it the other way and noticed it got hot on cold. Very strange.

The smoking in the casino was a complete turn off. Second smoking isn’t good but I will say your ventilation system must be good because we did t smell like smoke. You can smell the smoke in the hallways except the main lobby it’s smells great.

Place was awesome and loved the live entertainment in the casino on both Friday and Saturday evening. Will definitely stay there again.

Room was nice. Staff was very personable. The hallways smell a bit like smoke and people are regularly smoking as they walk thru even though they aren’t supposed to.

So, we got in late, close to 1:30 a.m., pretty much got to room and went to to bed. The next day, we got ready and left the room until mid-afternoon. When we got back, my husband sat in the chair and there was a 1/2 full beer bottle. Was the room actually cleaned or ? The manager kept apologizing and moved us to another room a few doors down, but after that it was hard to feel comfortable again.

We stayed in the old building but it was clean and quiet. We had 2 littles with us and it was fine. The staff at check-in was very nice and helpful.

One of the quickest and easiest check ins I've ever experienced. Our room, on the 12th floor, was clean, modern, and spacious. A small problem with the sink drain was the only flaw. Much better experience than we had when we stayed here about 2 years ago.

It's a casino. Two restaurants on the ground floor one of them is always open. Only thing I didn't like was the self parking is a bit of a walk but it is well surveilled.
