It was clean and comfortable. I saw no staff except the cleaning lady in the morning but everything was just fine.

Lovely staff, a clean and comfortable room with a candy theme, a nice shower, an amazing candy and chocolate shop! We have stayed here several times over the last few years and we always love it!

The room was nice and clean. Would recommend they pull beds out and clean behind. All was good

Very well kept . Easy check in and check out. Good location. Perfect for my dog. Nice areas to walk her. Park right at your door. Fair price.

Short but SWEET!!

The shower was a decent size. The mattress was lumpy and full of divots, which resulted in a lousy night’s sleep.

Clean and spacious room with kind and friendly staff.

The room was fine but the bathroom was way to small. There weren't enough plugs and these days I have a bunch of things i have to plug in. For the price I guess I expected it to be a little better. There wasn't any breakfast but we knew that ahead of time. But Rosies down the road has excellent food for a great price!!!!!!!

Great location, wonderful staff!

Nothing - we did not stay and have been refunded our money. No one was there, not a car in the parking lot, it appeared to be an escape room and a candy shop. When I touched the phone number listed on the confirmation, nothing happened. Multiple tries. We spoke to a homeless young man (he volunteered this information) in the parking lot. He said it was a motel but the owners were gone. It did not feel safe or welcoming, so we left the property. It did not seem like a legitimate booking. Perhaps your company should vet the properties you list on your website, so that we consumers can trust we are getting a good value. I have used booking.com multiple times. I’m not sure I will continue to use it.

Everything was fine.

My only concern had to do with Expedia, which didn't share my phone number to text, rather than email, my access code.

You do not receive a receipt when asked for one.

Hotel was very clean and unique. Room felt like it was recently redone, comfortable and nice. Candy store was amazing-very fun to look around

Because it was a pet friendly hotel the room seemed to have some kind of mites, and we ended up with a bunch of small bites or hives (it did not seem like bed bugs). There was also a strong smell of air freshener that tried to cover what seemed like a wet dog smell.

The staff was wonderful and communicated well. The connection to the candy shop and uniqueness of the motel was adorable. The outside needs some updating but the rooms were nice. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Room was pristine and warm for a frigid Valentine’s weekend ski trip. Lived the candy shop and the hotel was responsive to inquiries, though not staffed at all hours. We were able to get breakfast at the place across the road.

This is a roadside motel. The room is small. The bathroom is small. I chose this motel because it was the cheapest in middlebury. But even being the cheapest, it still seemed overpriced at 468 for three days. The location is good and the staff got us a hair dryer. Other than that I didn’t see staff but they are available during daytime.
