The hotel is new. So that was nice. I feel like with the staff and how they take care of their guests it will go down hill very quickly if not properly addressed by the management team just like most of the hotels in Midland. We had ants in our room, we stayed 2 nights. We were never offered another room, nor was it ever looked into. Several staff members were notified both days. At check out the on duty manager did take care of it for us by discounting our stay but staff should have addressed it immediately to management. We did not have house keeping service the entire stay which is why they probably have an ant issue. But I did appreciate the manager. We ate breakfast the last morning, and it was okay. Waiter was rude as soon as he figured out our breakfast was comped by management. Coffee was cold and when I addressed that with him he never refilled the coffee. He just kept pouring us the same cold coffee. Would we stay there again? Probably not. It’s right next door to a very busy HEB parking lot and across from Canes Chicken so traffic in the parking lot and parking was alittle crazy

A wonderful hotel, beautiful location, cleanliness, comfort, and tranquility. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Parking was not great, right next to HEB and spaces were small and limited during our stay. Gym was really nice, pool was small but nice as well. New hotel so the room was good.

the hotel itself was ok, but the front desk person was really rude, took over an hour to find our reservation since we had originally made it for saturday then had it changed to friday and even after she found it she make us wait and was extremely rude, then the manager came and changed it in less than a minute, but we had already been waiting for an over an hour and by the time we were checked in almost all the restaurants were closed and we had to grab dinner and eat at our hotel room after a 10hr drive, probably wont stop there again
