Staff was very rude upon checking in. Room also wasn’t very clean. Mirrors haven’t been cleaned in awhile, stains on the bedding and towels. Found a few bugs in the bathroom as well

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Hate the brown comforter, love the pillows. Some of the usb ports don’t work and it feels very sketchy when other guests hang outside. Last stay there was 3 different guys at different points of the parking lot and a couple of people loitering by the back entrance. Felt a little unsafe but staff has always been very helpful

We had a reservation and it said we could check-in anytime. Our train was going to arrive at 4am and we had spoke to the manager before hand and he told us it would be okay for us to check in at that time. When we arrived we were told that they cannot find our reservation and that they did not have a room for us and refused to give us a refund. Then told us that the manager would not be back for 20-30 days and that they could no longer help us and went to the back.

Bad

The internet was awful. The tv had the network Chanel’s only. There was no closet in my room. No where to hang my clothes. I had to ask for a microwave and they did bring me a very old one without a turn table. Because of the plugs I had to unplug the fridge when using the microwave. They are upgrading and you can see they are working on things. They did have a new clean mattress. They did hav good air condition but the walls are very thin!!!

Nothing. The bathroom reeked of smoke. There were cigarette burns in the duvets. We checked in then checked out. The manager promised us a refund but we never got one. Everything was labeled non smoking but the room was clearly smoked in often

Exceptional

I stay here quite often and everyone was the manager to the housekeeping staff treat me excellent every time. The check ins are always quick and professional, housekeeping staff are always friendly and helpful. If there is a problem the entire staff does their best to rectify the issue. The location is perfect for me as I have easy access to anything from Walmart or any other business I might use and the riverside walking path is just a few yards off of the backside of the hotel so I can take a nice stroll anytime I wish.

Clean room smelled like cigarettes even though there were no smoking signs

It was across from Wienerschnitzel Very sketchy individuals were hanging out at the property in the evening and at night it was not a safe place. People were drinking and partying in the parking lot The back door was jammed open with a towel even though there was a very clear sign saying no use after 8pm. The room was nasty and not clean there was burn holes in the bedding as well as way too much wear and stains. the towels were also not clean they had hair from a previous person that was hidden by being folded.

It was pretty quiet, AC was working great! Fridge, coffee maker and microwave always a plus. It needs a few updates on blankets and other areas elevator sounds like it’s going to break down going up to second floor. Bathtub could use a update.
