Check in was easy, they seemed to be having a power problem so the rooms and lobby were hot until later at night.

The breakfast bar was great. It had quite a few different varieties. Coffee was hot. Deanna was very pleasant to talk with and she provided great customer service. She is very friendly and helpful. She is an asset to the company.

Ants all over are room

Nice place to stay. Quiet and good breakfast!

A suggestion i would put a regular flooring were the kitchenette is instead of carpet.

We'll definitely be back. Because we didn't get to swim

Chairs in the room Clean

Carpet was sticky. AC was so loud and pounding that it made my bed vibrate all night. Vent in bathroom was filthy. Overall it was not very clean.

Clean! Incredibly quiet. Beds AND pillows are so comfortable. Shopping is within walking distance. Restaurants or fast food are less than a block away. This hotel was budget friendly and I’m sure it was as good, if not better, than the surrounding hotel chains.

Other guests also were complaining about the ammonia smell. Air conditioner would only cool the room down to 75° no matter the setting.

The overall hotel was good for what we needed; just a place to sleep. However, the couch cushions had all the fabric taken off & the air conditioner had leaked, soaking the carpet all around it (which was under the window, around half the bed, & some in front of the sink/mirror). We told the staff so they were aware & they offered to move us rooms. I understand things happen & air conditioners can leak, but the couch cushions were just odd to me.
