Breakfast with great variety. The Gym was also equipped well. The bathrobes are incredibly comfortable. Although the breakfast goes until 11 am, by 10:30 many things are not available anymore, even if you ask the staff. They said by checkin and the night before it would be ok for us to check out by noon. At 11:10am they called our room and said we needed to leave because check out was 11 am. I booked this hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday. We chose Hotel Juvena specifically because they assured me—both over the phone before booking and again upon arrival—that I could use the spa facilities after checking out. This was the main reason I chose this hotel over many other nearby options. When checking out, they suddenly changed their stance and refused to let me use the spa. We explained that we arrived very late on Friday and would like to use the spa for another couple of hours before going back home. They said it was not possible. This was incredibly disappointing, especially in such special celebrations, and I had planned my stay around this. Their lack of professionalism and honesty completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. If you’re looking for a hotel that values its guests and keeps its promises, look elsewhere. There are plenty of other options that won’t mislead you and waste your time. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this place. Also, when asking the front office on things to do in the area (like bicycle or walking at the beach) the answer I got was that there's was really nothing to do or see there at that time of the year. I feel they lack a lot a customer service approach. Things could have been handled in a different way and we would have had a totally different experience.

Hotel in a very convenient connection, surrounded by trees in very close proximity to the sea. Rooms spacious, equipped with all necessary items (hair dryer, bathrobe). Television with a smart tv after firing to watch Netflix and other streaming platforms. The room facilities also include plates, cutlery and glasses, which are very useful. Large selection of food at breakfast and Christmas dinners. Very clean and pleasant spa and pool area, whirpools, saunas, worth a visit. The hotel still has a lot to learn to deserve to be called a four-star hotel. We received a very nice welcome email before our arrival, there was supposed to be a surprise waiting for us at the reception upon check-in. Unfortunately, nothing of the sort happened. Upon entering the room, we found that our door did not work and was damaged, the reception did not come up with the idea to replace our room, we waited for the service. Which unfortunately caused us to be late for a meeting scheduled outside. During breakfast I discovered that the butter and margarine served by the service was out of date! I reported this fact to the staff at breakfast, the staff took the butter to the kitchen, unwrapped it from the package with the expiration date on it and put it back on the table. When I asked for the packaging - the staff did not provide it to me. Such a thing in a hotel of this stature is unacceptable! The rooms were not cleaned every day, despite the reported request. After 3 nights the hotel informs about the replacement of bedding, this was also not the case with us. When you pay such a high price for a night in a hotel you expect more than you received. The hotel is geared towards retired tourists from Germany. The hotel informs that it is a place “adults only” unfortunately during our stay there were also children present - no consistency! We were disappointed with our stay and do not recommend this place.

Well located, nice spa and wellness, amenities good In case of our inconveniences staff not helpful at all. Manager did not take our matter (restaurant - e.g. evening buffet - wrongly informed about prices and charged incorrectly) seriously… went to the reception three times.. trying to solve the problem in person didn’t work plus correspondence also bad.. room for improvement!
