The building needs a remodel, along with the facilities. The balcony is not private, and people staying in the room next door can easily go over to the room's balcony.

The location, the room, the pool, etc., all were very good. The staff were particularly friendly, professional, extremely polite and helpful. We had a very good experience here. There was a very limited selection of meals in the restaurant (half-board), a bit more diversity would be highly appreciated. The hotel is expanding its northern wing; the constructions noises starting at 7 a.m. gives you no choice other than leaving the room very early (in November there are not much to do outside). The beds were in my opinion VERY soft. However, this is rather a personal preference.

The hotel is a great value for money, you can't get closer to the beach! Breakfast buffet is fantastic, staff is very kind, polite and happy to help with anything. We did use the pool and sauna/steam room, and found all the facilities really good, if crowded. The hotel is literally around the corner from a small street with shops, bars and places to eat, leading to the promenade. Hotel does offer parking spaces, and since you pretty much have to pay for parking on the street anyway, I'd say it's the best/safest/cheapest option. Hospitality tray in the rooms (tea, coffee,cream and sugar) should be available rather than a kettle rented from the reception Fruit basket/platter at mealtimes (oranges and clementines were available)

Perfect location, close to city center and just 3 min walking distance to the beach. View from balcony on sea. Very tasty food for breakfast, with many choices. Big room, equipped with a fridge. Quite a large swimming pool. Whole object clean. The hotel parking lot was very small, there was no space for my car, so I had to use a paid city parking lot - PLN 45 per day. Annoying door lock alarm that goes off after 3 seconds of an unlocked door.

Very basic hotel The pool area was totally overcrowded, there was no way to relax and there were no adults-only hour at all it's like a little aqua park full of kids. The room... It felt like a shool trip
