Location, breakfast, sea view. We had to leave early due to my mum not feeling well. I asked for a refund as a gesture of a good will given the curcumstances, and was lead to believe that I will get some money back, no problem, but official request through Booking.com was later on rejected by the hotel. No one had a courtesy to reply to my three emails. It was my third stay in this hotel and certainly my last. Shame.

Location is great. Hotel is clean Hot food on the breakfast buffet needed topping up. One tray empty, another very low.

Location is amazing, could not be better placed. Indoor swimming pool also very nice- good size and well maintained. Having the private beach area was also great. Main bed was comfy and room was clean. Property is extremely dated. Needs decorating and just generally improving. It looks cheap and tacky in many areas. Stayed in a junior suite which was by no means suite standards. Room decor is old, tatty and in need of refreshing. Only one elevator was working, which is painful during busy season, and when a guest asked the staff if they knew when it was being fixed they said „no idea, its been broken for ages” lol. The property could be beautiful, its a shame the hotel dont clean or paint the outside. Looks so grubby.

Nice and modern hotel on a TOP spot directly on the beach Thanks to location on the main promenade could be a little bit noisy at night (loud music can be hear during whole night)

Location was spot on, private beach with free chairs, umbrellas, and wind breakers already on beach. 2 pools, sauna, and relaxing areas available with no charge. Room was nice, view was half of the sea and other was of the plaza. No air-conditioning, but weather was fine during our stay. They had shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap in room. Staff was always friendly and helpful. They provided 2 waters for the room. There was a festival the weekend we were there, it was nice to walk around and listen to the music. There is a small play room for kids by the pool and a park in the plaza next door. Lots of hidden costs, private parking was 153zl, but was better than trying to find street parking which was always full. Thought breakfast was included but didn't find out until we ate we had to pay. Outdoor pool was freezing, indoor pool heated and clean, they even had a small basket with pool noodles and blow up life jackets. Fridge was small but perfect for thier mini bar(would of liked more room for some leftovers). There was some construction in early AM and the late night music from the bar/festival was not a good combo.

Pool and sauna, great view from the balcony. Tasty breakfast with broad variety of products. Very expensive parking, 140zł/day. It’s worth to park your car in one of the private parkings close by for half the price.

The location is very good, the hotel is very clean, breakfast was amazing, it is one of the best breakfasts I‘ve eaten in Europe! I also liked the receptionist who we made check in and check out with. She was amazing, I think her name was Mariana or something with M. The parking was 30€, too much! We didn’t reserve it. The pool water was cold, and what I didn’t like is that was mostly visited by old people. Sauna was always full by them. Also, there was no list of the rules in the hotel; we smoked one cigarette in the balcony and they told us it is not allowed (we didn’t know!). We saw some other people smoking on the balcony thus we thought it was ok. However, it turned out to not be ok since that’s a policy in Poland. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ - We were about to get punished 100€! Thanks to the receptionist they didn’t - she helped us translating from English to Polish since the main managers didn’t know English?. MAIN MANAGERS!!
