Breakfast was wonderful, and the rooms were comfortable after a long day at the beach! All doors and windows had to be closed for the AC to work and despite the remote we could not get it below 20°. Location was 10 minutes walk from the beach. Would book here again. The gym was especially nice. Had a less than peasant time with the receptionist during check-in, who continued interrupting us. The sauna was broken during our stay there.

Delicious and diverse breakfast The noise of the house cleaning ladies bringing in their carts and talking loudly among themselves woke us up each morning at around 7am.

Welcoming reception, left our bags before checkin. Well located. Excellent breakfast. Some damage in the room (very cracked washbasin and chip to the towel rail), the public areas appeared in good condition though and I hear some rooms have been refurbished (but not this one). No air con in ours. We were in the older building to the rear, 2nd floor. Pool facilities lacked segregated changing areas and towels, so it was hard to change without fear of someone of the opposite sex walking in on you. Also asks for no footwear but no space to take off your shoes

The best thing about the hotel is its location - 5-10 minutes to the city center, beach and shops are pretty much around the corner and it is has a great position for planning trips around (underground city and other military stuff). Everything was clean and the room was spacious with everything you might need. I would not be so brave to call the hotel "wellness & spa". Unfortunately, we booked the hotel, because we wanted to rest and relax in wellness & spa (after discovering Poland in windy and cold weather), so the fact that this part of the hotel is a huge scam was super disappointing to us. One small swimming pool with cold water, one broken sauna and mini "whirpool" for 4 people max - and u keep touching each other, that´s how small it is. Also there were just 2 deck chairs for the whole hotel. Considering how big the hotel is, there is not a chance you find a space to enjoy any of these things as it is designed for 4-5 people in total, not for a fully booked hotel. Huge disappointment. Also the fact that there is not a free parking space is something you need to considerate, because the price might look like it is cheaper than hotels around, but you have to pay at least 50zl per day for parking on parking spaces around. Breakfast was just basic, but fine at the end.

Location was good, very close to the beach. The room was clean and had access to a balcony with a bit of a sea view. The staff was friendly and it was lovely to have access to the pool and jacuzzi included in the price. I stayed for four days so the Breakfast became quite repetitive. It was great to have access to the pool area, but the Jacuzzi didn't feel warm enough. The room was fine, but the pillows on the bed were very big, which unfortunately really hurt my neck for the entire stay.

the location is excellent as it’s very close to the pier and the beach. The newer part of the hotel looks very modern and elegant. it didn’t really feel 4 star despite the price; we had to ask to get our room cleaned, one day got a fresh towel with a big yellow stain, and one morning the hot water in the shower ran out

Nice room, good breakfast, includes pool and sauna, employees are very friendly. water in the pool is rather cool, there are actually two hotels and old one (three stars) and a new one (four stars), you shoud always be sure which one you booked.
