The whole New Year Eeve Dinner, New Years Day Brunch was fantastic that made for great memories. The Gym facilities were fantastic. Reception and Conceriege where fantastic, greeted us by our names. Very impressive The only issue was the turn down service and house keeping that let themselves down. they started well and then they forgot to restock minibar with coffee and soft drinks. The one night they did not turn up for the turn down service. when they did arrive the lady said she was late cominng to work??? This was the only negative. All other services at the hotel 10/10, excellent
