Lo staff è stato sempre gentile, professionale e disponibile, dalla reception al bar fino alla sala colazioni. Camera impeccabile, pulita, confortevole e ben curata, con un’ottima aria condizionata. La posizione è ideale: zona tranquilla ma ben collegata al centro con i mezzi pubblici. Un soggiorno che ha superato le aspettative!!!

The hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever visited in Europe. Bed, mini complimentary gifts, bathroom tools are all sufficient. The breakfast includes different products that are suitable for many tastes. The location is very close to stations and can be even considered close to center by walking at cooler weather. Maybe just the shower head control can be improved for easier control.

Location is fantastic for foodies with multiple great restaurants around, a mall close by, supermarket and bakeries. We had to extend our stay due to geopolitical reasons and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us with everything from breakfast to extending our stay to cleanliness, the works. Hats off to Mr. Daniele who is a star and the rest of the staff were amazing as well. The place is a little out dated and the TV functions are limited, no A/C during our stay (dictated by the season and not the guest temperature preference). Also room service only starts at 5pm.

Hotel Reservation was the worst to deal with, called 6 times to fix the reservations dates. Te3am wasn't helpful at all.

On the map, the location doesn’t look that good, it appears far from the city center, but it’s actually a great location. The metro station is a 1-minute walk away, and the train station is just a 2-minute walk, from where you can go directly to Malpensa Airport. There is a bus stop literally a 30-second walk away, as well as a couple of tram stops that can take you anywhere. The neighborhood is very calm as well. Also, we arrived well before the check-in time, 3 hours early, to be exact, and since the room was already ready, they let us check in, which was a relief and hugely appreciated ! Breakfast could be better. I mean, the variety of food can be improved. However, since this is Italy and the breakfast culture is quite minimalistic, I think it’s still better than in other similar hotels in the same city. Also, I asked multiple times (Via Booking.com) a simple question about whether I could arrive a little early just to leave two backpacks at the hotel before check-in time, but no one ever replied, which was a bit concerning. Fortunately, we decided to go directly to the hotel early and ask for this favor in person. To our surprise, as I already mentioned in the “what you liked” section, they let us check in 3 hours early since the room was ready, and that was hugely appreciated.

A nice hotel in a very good location as well as staff members are very friendly and welcoming especially Mr. Karim in reception is really helpful and attentive.

Hotel was clean, smelled good. We arrived earlie than the checki-n time and our room was ready and they even upgraded us, which was a pleasant surprise after a tough travel night, so we were grateful for the exceptional service we received.

Because it was not in center, it was easy to find not too crowded restaurants just few stops away by subway or tram without any waiting time. No conditioner at the hotel. Instead of shower cap etc. would have been nice to have conditioner. Other amenities were good.
